By booking an appointment or receiving hair services at #Hashtag_Hairsalon, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Responsibility After Service

#Hashtag_Hairsalon will not be responsible for any issues related to the hair service after 24 hours from the completion of the service, and after two weeks from the date of installation for hair extensions. This includes but is not limited to dissatisfaction with the results, colour discrepancies, weft slippage, or damage to hair extensions.

Notification of Issues

In the event of any problems arising from the hair service or hair extension installation, you agree to notify #Hashtag_Hairsalon within 24 hours of the issue occurring. Failure to do so will release #Hashtag_Hairsalon from any liability.

Use of Recommended Products

Using products recommended and provided by #Hashtag_Hairsalon is essential for maintaining the quality and integrity of your hair and hair extensions after the service. You agree to purchase and use only the recommended products from #Hashtag_Hairsalon for the care and maintenance of your hair and hair extensions. Failure to do so will release #Hashtag_Hairsalon from any liability.

Prohibition of Modification

Any attempts to modify or alter the results of the hair service or hair extension installation, whether by yourself or any other individual, including but not limited to, further treatment, cutting, colouring, or styling, will release #Hashtag_Hairsalon from any obligation to fix, refund, or accept liability for any resulting damage.

Disclosure of Hair History

You confirm that you have provided #Hashtag_Hairsalon with accurate and honest information regarding your hair history, including previous treatments, chemical processes, and medical conditions that may affect the outcome of the service.

Aftercare Instructions Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that you have received and understand the aftercare instructions provided by #Hashtag_Hairsalon, and you agree to follow these instructions diligently to maintain the quality and longevity of the hair extensions.

Limitation of Liability

#Hashtag_Hairsalon will not be liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or adverse effects resulting from the hair service or hair extension installation, provided that the service was performed in accordance with industry standards and your disclosed medical history.

Photographic Consent

You consent to #Hashtag_Hairsalon taking before and after photos of the hair service and hair extension installation for promotional or educational purposes. Your privacy rights will be respected, and your identity will be kept confidential if desired.

Indemnification Clause

You agree to indemnify and hold #Hashtag_Hairsalon harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your breach of the terms outlined in this waiver or your misuse of the hair service or hair extensions.

Confirmation of Understanding

You confirm that you have had the opportunity to ask questions, seek clarification, and fully understand the contents of this waiver before booking your appointment or receiving the service.

No Refund Policy

Once the service is completed, there will be no refunds issued. You are responsible for paying the full amount for the service, regardless of your satisfaction with the outcome.

Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required at the time of consultation to secure your appointment for hair extensions. If you cancel your appointment on the day of the scheduled service, you agree to pay the full amount for the service.

Compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

These terms and conditions are in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which outlines the rights and responsibilities of consumers and service providers. The ACL allows businesses to set terms and conditions for services, including payment policies and liability disclaimers, provided they are fair and transparent.

 

By proceeding with the booking or receiving hair services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
